Privacy notice
This notice explains what the IntraMind website (intramind.si) collects, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website only; data handled inside an IntraMind deployment is governed by the data processing agreement with the customer.

What we collect
Only what you send through the demo-request form:
- your email address,
- the language of the page you used (so we reply in that language),
- the time of the request and your IP address, used solely to limit automated abuse of the form.
Browsing the site sends nothing to us beyond the ordinary web-server access log kept by our hosting provider.
Why
To get back to you and arrange the demo you asked for. The legal basis is the step you took towards a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long
Demo requests are kept until the request has been handled and then deleted, at the latest twelve months after submission. Confirmation emails are sent from our own mail server; no third-party marketing platform is involved.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. It stores one value in your browser's local storage, your chosen language, so that the start page can send you to the right version next time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to the processing. Write to sales@bit-tech.si. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
