Where does our data go?

Nowhere. IntraMind is deployed inside your infrastructure or your own EU cloud tenant. Documents, vector indexes and chat history stay in databases you own. No data is sent to us or used for model training.

Can an employee see documents they are not allowed to open?

No. Every document is tagged with access roles at indexing time, and every query is filtered by the asking user's roles before retrieval. If a user cannot open a file, it never reaches the model.

Which document sources are supported?

Upload PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, Markdown and plain text, or connect SharePoint, Google Drive and Confluence. New and changed files are re-indexed automatically.

Which language model is used?

Business plans use a hosted model within the EU by default. Enterprise customers can choose any OpenAI-compatible model, including fully self-hosted open-weight models for air-gapped setups.

How long does deployment take?

A pilot on a sample of your documents is typically live within one week. Company-wide rollout with SSO and connectors usually completes within a month.
